Refund policy

Your business is much appreciated and we strive to provide you with the highest quality goods. If a problem has occurred with your order, or you are not completely satisfied with your products,please contact us so we can arrange a solution. Please select items carefully, we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind purchases.

TK Paper Boutique believes we have described our products as accurately as possible. If the item you received is not as described, we will gladly accept returns of that item in its' original and unopened packaging. Keeping in mind that photos may be larger and item colours may vary from what is displayed on your monitor. 

If your returns are accepted, refund of the original cost of such products will be given, excluded postage and handling.

Any missing or faulty items are to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any returns must be received with-in 7 days of your claim. Any returned goods without notice will automatically incur a 10% restocking and handling fee.
