If the item you receive is not as described, we will gladly accept returns of that item in their original and unopened packaging. Keeping in mind that pictures may be larger and item colours may vary from what you see on your monitor to the item when it arrives. As these above reasons are out of our control, will we not accept any of them as reason for exchange or refund.

If your returns are accepted, refund of the original cost of such products will be given, excluded postage & handling. Has all your items been received? Any missing or faulty items are to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any returns must be received with-in 7 days of your claim. Any returned goods without notice will automatically incur a 10% restocking and handling fee.
